Given the eclectic group of guests we had booked for Wednesday's show, this is how I wanted to write the cut open. Alas, it became the newest resident of the TRL Graveyard.

Note: Turns out that our audience actually does know, and like, these people, particularly Zac and Ashley of High School Musical fame. And I'm one of about 7 people in the U.S. that doesn't watch American Idol. I guess I'm out of it.
